I was beyond despair,
\ndescending into
\na cesspool of
\nself-doubt
\napproaching
\nthe snakery of
\nself-loathing.<\/p>\n

I cried out for
\ndivine deliverance,
\nand my prayer was
\nas clear as my breath
\nthat breathed it:<\/p>\n

\u201cGod,
\nor whatever Name
\nYou\u2019re using,
\nI need help
\nof the Heavenly sort,
\nwrapped in Power
\nand tied with
\nRibbons of Wisdom
\ndrawn from
\nThe Wells of Eternity,
\nwhere there is
\nno Beginning and
\nno End.\u201d<\/p>\n

Next day
\nThe Man In the Brown Truck
\ndelivered a package.<\/p>\n

Inside was
\nanother package,
\nwrapped in the
\nplainest brown paper.<\/p>\n

Nevertheless,
\nmy Heart was Lit.
\nI knew I had
\nmy Answer.<\/p>\n

I tore with
\ntrembling fingers.<\/p>\n

A Gift from
\nThe Creator of
\nAll That Is!<\/p>\n

Love, Light, Laughter!<\/p>\n

I held it
\nin my hands
\nand stared at
\nmy Face
\nin a mirror.<\/p>\n
