Beginning with
\nwhoever wrote,
\nor even told you
\nin person,
\nfrom that pulpit,<\/p>\n

that you
\nwere born a
\nsinner.<\/p>\n

Or the ones who
\nreported
\nthat you could
\nbe graded
\nA through F.<\/p>\n

Are you still
\nreading
\nthat faded
\nsheet,
\nhand-typed
\non a Smith-Corona,
\nthat your boss
\nhanded you
\non his way
\nto lunch,
\nthat concluded
\nyou lacked
\nan adequate
\nwork ethic?<\/p>\n

How about
\nthat bio
\nthat won\u2019t let you
\nsleep,
\nthat last hour
\nbefore sunlight,
\nas it weaves
\nnightmares of your
\nunworthiness?<\/p>\n

Dream your Self
\na new Bio,
\nmy friend.<\/p>\n

Take back the pen<\/p>\n

and write that
\nyou have sprung
\nfrom the same
\nImagination
\nthat only knows
\nhow to<\/p>\n

let there be
\nBeauty
\nfrom Light.<\/p>\n
