those dazzling
\ndiscoveries
\nthat arrive
\ngift-wrapped in
\nflamboyant
\njoy,<\/p>\n

as if they are
\nluminescent
\nbutterflies,
\nto be captured
\nand pinned to
\nsome prideful
\ncollection,<\/p>\n

to be trotted out
\nfor display
\nto unsuspecting
\nguests,<\/p>\n

instead of
\nexclaiming
\nover them
\nas they flitter
\naround fanning
\ndelight,<\/p>\n

then grinning
\ninto the breeze
\nthat trails them<\/p>\n

as they are
\nswept away
\nby sunlight.<\/p>\n
