The Light
\nthat ever was
\npasses through
\nthe Prism of
\nCreation
\ninto a billion
\nFractals
\nthat spread
\nout and
\nbackward and
\nforward
\nuntil Time
\nhas no meaning.<\/p>\n

Fractals grow
\nheartbeats and
\nbreath and
\nroots and
\nlimbs and
\nfingers and
\npaws and
\nhooves,<\/p>\n

the costumes
\nfor the Fractals,
\nwho were
\nnever born,
\nwill never die,
\nwho love to
\nplay the
\ntragicomedramedies
\nnow and ever
\nshowing at
\nthat Theater
\non the corner of
\nthe Cosmos and
\nBroadway.<\/p>\n

It\u2019s a Monday
\nafternoon and
\nI\u2019ve landed
\na part in
\nthe matinee
\nperformance.<\/p>\n

I play a
\nman sitting
\nwith his wife,
\nin a small town
\ncoffeeshop,
\nwith a cappucino
\nand a chocolate
\ndoughnut,<\/p>\n

trading lines
\nwith a teenage
\nbarista
\nwho understands
\nthe need to
\nturn up the
\nvolume on the
\nLed Zeppelin.<\/p>\n
