\n   Living the daydream in Port Townsend, Washington, where I’ve been practicing poetry without a license, since retiring and happily surrendering my license to practice law with a whoop and a sigh of relief that rattled tree branches and frightened squirrels for miles. I am a vigilant rebel against any municipal ordinances requiring poems to contain rhymes.

   These days my writing heart is (mostly) in my poems, but, in days gone by, I’ve had a bit of fun with fiction.    What Would Jeebus Do?<\/strong><\/a> is an homage to a Simpsons’<\/em> Episode in which Homer cries out to a Jeebus he doesn’t believe in, and, ERLEICHDA<\/strong><\/a> is an homage to my literary higher power, Tom Robbins (R.I.P.).<\/p>\n
